R5 1600 with GTX 1050 ti or R3 1200 with GTX 1060 6GB

Hey guys, as the title say, should I go with r5 with gtx 1050ti or r3 with 160 6gb?
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-HD3
RAM: Kingston Hyper FuryX 2x4 2400
PSU: Cougar VTX500 80 PLUS Bronze
I'll be streaming PUBG and Overwatch
While we're at it, is my psu a good one? That's the cheapest I could find with black cables, and an 80 plus certification.

Streaming is CPU intensive so more cores is better.

R5 combo if you Want better streaming performance. R3 combo if you want more fps.
