R5 240 Discree and Intel 4600, 3 monitors running between them, do all run at discreet specs?

I have an Optiplex 9020 with a dedicated ATI R5 240 with Displayport and DVI out. The onboard has 2 Display port and 1 VGA out. Right now I have 2 monitors plugged into both of the ATI slots and 1 plugged into the onboard displayport. My question is do all 3 monitors run the resources of the ATI 240 or only the 2 actually plugged into it? If so, does just dragging the window to the other display change that?

the screen plugged into the card use the card, as a window moves from screen to screen windows manages that and the resource load moves as required.

the amd will run the two monitors you mention, the other monitor will be handled by the intel onboard gpu
