PUBG and RSS should be fine, probably even max settings should see around 144FPS.
High might be a little bit of a stretch for Apex... You're probably looking around 80-100FPS on High. But with some tweaks, dropping some aspects to ~medium, you should be able to achieve a pretty consistent 144FPS.
