Question R5 2600x heavily underperforming

So i got a rx 590 and r5 2600x recently and they perform horribly. I get around 20fps on my games when i previously got lets say 150+ on csgo with a r3 122 and 1050 Ti so could someone please explain?? https://www.userbenchmark.com/userRun/23021722

I got the GPU a few days earlier than the cpu and it used to say that the gpu was way above average and now its horrible.

CPU clock speed is 1.5ghz when it should be around 3.9ghz. You may of installed the cooler wrong and are getting high temps which is causing thermal throttling. Either HWmonitor (newest version) or Ryzen Master are good for checking temps.

1.15GHz average clock frequency, yup, something has very likely gone wrong with your HSF installation.
