Question r5 3600 rtx 2060 vs i5 9600k with 1660ti?

It's not really irrelevant.
9600k looks expensive for what it offers at 6 cores/6 threads and doesn't come with a cooler, whereas the 3600 gets you 6 cores/12 threads and does come with a cooler.
is the stock cooler good enough? or buying new cooler will be a good option? won't overclock.

^Given, that's a 3900X. It's going to run quite a bit warmer having 6 cores/12 threads more.

Only real reason to change the stock cooler on 3600 is lower operating noise. The box cooler can get up to 30 dBA.
