Question R5 3600 vs R5 5500 for video editing?

With my tight budget i narrowed it down to Ryzen 5 3600 and 5500, they're both at similar price where i live, PCIe Gen 4 is not important since i only have a SATA SSD and will be using a Gen 3 MOBO, what will be the best option for Video editing at 1080p using Adobe PR & AE, Gaming is not important, thanks.

Where do you live, how much are you paying for the processor and what sort of other processors do you have access to, i.e, sites to purchase from?
