Question r5 7600 running at 95C

I just recently upgraded my CPU to a 7600(non x version). I noticed while gaming it goes upto 95C. IS this normal. I have a Coolermaster 240L AIO cooling it. I have the fans set as exhaust, so might be pulling in hot air from the GPU. But i thought it wouldnt be a big deal. Thanks any help would help.
Other Specs: Gigabyte B650 DS3H, RX 6800, DDR5 32gigs 6000mhz

Since you mentioned you upgraded the processor, what processor were you on prior? If you performed a CPU upgrade, did you reapply the thermal paste after removing said paste with isopropyl alcohol??

yeah, i did reapply thermal paste. I was on a r5 3600 earlier.

Either your AIO is failing or is PBO enabled? If so disable. Does it still reach 95c with the case open?

7600 is going to be a hotter chip, no doubt, all of the newer chips try and hit max temp and down clock as needed.

Did or does your AIO require AM5 specific mounting brackets?

Should not there be a 65 Watt TDP limit on the non-X CPU? (Naturally, if PBO and BIOS permit/encourage higher TDP, this will nearly equal the 95W+ typical of X-series CPUs..._)
