Question R5 7600x is it normal to boost that high?

Hi there.
I have R5 7600x and my question is: Is it normal that my Ryzen is boosting to 6.6Ghz? I'm not using AMD Eco Mode or OC. While loading to game my CPU got little hot and increases Mhz's, (90C and 6.6Ghz) while playing I have 50-65C and 5450Mhz. It's HWMonitor bug or something?

It may be this bug -- https://www.tomshardware.com/news/rtc-bug-makes-amds-7950x-appear-to-run-at-63-ghz
The CPU isn't actually clocking that high....
