Question R6 fps drop issue.

When playing R6, the fps drops to 0 for 4-5 seconds while it is normal at 15-20 second intervals. Settings are very high and I'm getting 75FPS steady. This situation does not happen every time I play, for example, I play 4-5 matches, then suddenly this situation starts or it does not happen at all that day, it is a random thing. So I couldn't understand if the problem is hardware or game related. And this only happens in R6.
