Question R6s crashing new cpu

So i got the ryzen 5 3600 and rainbow keeps crashing also every time a download from a game has Finnished it crashed is this why i keep crashing

1660 6gb
16gb 3200
Aurus b450 elite
Tx750m atx corsair

I was downloading from orgin and uplay but i dont think it the problem i Finnished all downloads and it crashed again after 30 min

Cpu temps are fine

check event log?
check hdd/sdd health?
