R6S lagging after getting new monitor.

So recently I switched from 1440x900 to 1680x1050 monitor. Every other game works good, but rainbow six siege started stuttering and having fps drops. Even lowering the settings to minimum doesnt help.
Specs:
GPU: 1050 Ti 4gb
CPU: AMD FX8320E 8 core
Ram: 8GB DDR3
New monitor: Samsung S22C450

Is there any fix to that?

this 1680x1050 monitor does it have display port if so you might be pleased to buy a display port cable make sure the right fittings.

Well it doesn't have display port, only DVI and VGA. I guess a Graphics card Display Port - Dvi connection won't change nothing?

What do you think I am using? Why would I use vga over dvi.
