R7 1700 Strange temp readings...

Im using A Corsair H80i GT Im having strangely High Package temp readings under full load. But low and normal CPU and Socket temp readings at the sane time. i have reapplied my thermal paste twice. im thinking that my TIM might be defective. Or my H80I is dieing.
