R7240 Black/blue screen, can't solve
I got a r7 240 2gb GDDR5 in January, since the day i got it, i'm having a black screen issue, the sceen goes black but the sound keeps on, sometimes it crashes entirely and i always need to do a hard reboot. I've tried everything i saw in forums, Tdrdelay, old and new drivers, disabling onboard graphics, always using DDU, nothing can solve this, i tried yesterday formatting and installing windows 7 for a try, and it keeps happening, i never got a crash dump file in windows 10, in w7 i got one everytime:

someone could help me? should i try warranty already? 4 months and i can't solve this black/blue screen issue, the memory, MOBO and graphics card were bought in January and it all works perfectly without the GPU, running at onboard. If it can work for 16 hours it must not be some incompability, right?

BIOS was updated to the newest version at a technical assistance;

PSU is Thermaltake 430w 80+ white, i'm using it for almost 2 years, i was using a GT730 for almost a year and changed it for r7240;

Windows 10 i installed one time using bootable pen drive created with rufus, the second time was at the technical assistance, i believe using a windows CD;

i could not test myself in other system, they tested it in other system but no major differences, also, they tested a Nvidia GTX (can't remember the exact version, but i guess it was GTX 750) and it run normally without issues, even in benchmark/stress test;

Yes, all the drivers i tested were downloaded from AMD site, i'm currently tring the Recommended version 20.11.2.

Same problem when you connect monitor to the motherboard?

Why keep using W7? It isn't supported anymore.

It all works perfectly without the GPU, using onboard graphics.
I tried Windows 7 to see if something changes, well, at windows 10 i never got a crash dump file or blue screen, so i could not see where the problem was, at windows 7 at least i got a error code and dump file, but if i find a solution i will update to windows 10 again.
