So, I just got a RX 460 shipped in today because my old R7 240 was giving me problems. So, I installed this RX 460, installed the latest window 10 64 bit crimson drivers, and I'm getting lower frame rates than my R7 240 gave me on most games.... Any solutions? I can't seem to find the drivers that I used to have for the R7 240 if that's an issue.

The PSU shouldn´t be a problem (TYPICAL BOARD POWER <75W), seems some remaining software from R7 in conflict, they´re both Crimson... Some Crimson drivers also gave problems, seems solved with latest version. Or just make a clean windows instalation and latest driver, that would solve the problem for sure.
What is your PSU? Your 460 might not be getting enough power.

Also, are you sure you plugged in your cable into the graphics card and not into the motherboard?

It doesn't sound like a driver issue.
