R7 250 2gb DDR5 or GT 730 2gb DDR5?

I'm in a fix, which card to choose either R7 250 2gb DDR5 or GT 730 2gb DDR5?
i have to buy any one of the cards so please clarify. I'm planning to run AC:Syndicate at 1280*720 at 30fps so will these cards help me?
My specs are intel i3-212- 3.3 Ghz
4GB RAM
Toshiba 500gb 5400rpm HDD
Intel DH61WW motherboard
intex cabinet with 450W PSU and 20+4 pin sata
and are both cards dx12?
