r7 250 vs gt 640

Are both the gt 640 and r7 250 both low profile? And if so what one will preform better? I have both of them lying around and wanted to know what one is faster.

Thanks for the very fast response and that's what I've seen to find most online so I'll go ahead and through the r7 250 in it instead.
