I wanna get an r7 250 for my pc but would a r7 250 work fine with a 210 psu?

specs are
i5-3570s
8 gigs of ram
1 tb hardrive

Looked around and suggested PSU for that 75W GPU is 250-380W unit. So, yours is too weak.
