R7 250x or Gtx 750

I have a8 5600k procie and a55 mobo. What is better gpu for my unit. r7 250x or gtx750 for gaming. Thank you

As a former owner of a R7 250x i would most certainly say a 750 would be better considering the bench marking scores too. However both are low end cards and pretty bad. Whats your budget?
