r7 260x (2gb) or Gtx750SC (1GB)

I have a very old machine. (Core 2 quad 2.66ghz - q8400, 8gb ddr2 800mhz, p5ql/epu)
I'm thinking of changing the vga.
On my country (Brazil) EVGA gtx750sc (1gb) and r7 XFX 260X (2gb) have the same price:

gtx750sc= $160
r7 260x = $175
What do you think would be the best option?

GTX750SC (1gb)

R7 260x (2gb)

The Radeon is a little faster, but I think since this is an older machine you should go with the more efficient GTX 750. Make sure it's the GDDR5 version.
