Hello,
I recently purchased two Sapphire Radeon R7 260x OC GPUs and have them running in Crossfire. I'm having two issues with them; one being that the default clocks aren't running at the advertised rating, (1150/1650) and if I attempt to OC the memory by even 1Mhz I get artifacts.
Even with the Core Voltage set to 100Mv and Power Limit set to +20% the artifacts are still present. I can OC the Core Clock pretty well, but taking the Memory clock from stock 1500Mhz to 1501Mhz causes artifacts both in game and while browsing the desktop. I have tried higher Memory clocks, but this only worsens the artifacts.
I have the latest driver installed and I have flashed the BIOS to the newest version. I'm using MSI Afterburner to overclock. I know not all cards are created equal and some will OC better than others, but I have seen numerous guides/threads with people reaching 1650-1800Mhz Memory clock. Are my cards this bad, or does it related to them being in Crossfire?
