r7 260x bad fps

hello guys im having problem while playing bf3 and bf4 my problem is that when i play bf3 the fps at the beginning is solid 60 but after 5-10 second the fps drops to 40,50,45 i dont know why
my pc spec is:
fx 8320 3.5
gigabyte r7 260x 1gb
ram 4gb
hdd 260gb
motherboard:asrock 970 extreme3 r2.0
and my cpu heat is normal 35-40
and everything is working okey

Its because bf3 is poorly optimised for PC but on the other hand bf4 should run great if you enable mantle drivers

Mantle is not that dramatic on rigs with decent CPUs like his.

Anyway, what resolution are you gaming at OP?

my res is 1360*768 i played bf4 with mantle its the same its start with 60 solid at medium after 5sec or less its drops to 45 btw even on res 1280*768 its keep dropping and my gpu usage is not stable its keep changing to 30% % 7% 90 and etc

all my tepms is good nothing gets heat im using HWMonitor i think there is a bottleneck
