R7 260X clicking noise

R7 260X makes a clicking noise when the fan is at lower speeds, when the gpu fan is at 100% the sound disappears.

Should I RMA the card?
Does this actually hurt the graphics card

It just sounds like the bearing's worn out or that fan doesnt handle too well at such low speeds.
RMA it, it should be an RMAable reason.

Yeah, you should RMA it. Its the bearing of the fan and it could completely fail over time, leaving your card exposed to overheating.

Wow, that's horribly loud! RMA it! it will probably hurt the card eventually, but the place you got it from will have to replace it for free.

It could also be simply that the fan is imbalanced at low RPMs, causing it to wobble at low RPMs and get better at higher RPMs.

The computer is fairly new bought it back in march.
I bought it pre-built so it has a 2 year warranty
