r7 260x compatible with psu Chieftec 550ab?

cpu: intel 9300q
ram: 4gb
gpu: amd 4870
motherboard: g41m p33
psu: Chieftec 550ab
monitor: 1080p

im planning to ugrade my gpu and i found that r7 260x would be the best fit.

Would it be compatible with my rig and psu

Also would my old rig bottleneck 260x too much or u do you have any different recomendations for the gpu in the same price range or even cheaper.

It is compatible 550w is enough, but antech is a better power supply brand. PCpartpicker can tell you that easy. I do expect he cpu to bottle neck it quite a bit, but you can make do until cyber monday. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wLknJx
