r7 260x sapphire

Hi!
I got a new GPU r7 260x, and I formated my PC. So after I formated it picture was really clear i couldnt belive it, but than I installed drivers that i got on CD and now that I restarted my PC picture is really shi**y.
Any suggestions?

Uninstall those drivers and reinstall the latest from AMD.com. If the problem continues you may need to adjust your card/monitor settings, in fact before doing an uninstall, right click on your desktop and check to make sure your resolution and refresh rates are correct.

Still the same. When I try to put resolution on full 1920x1080 my picture isnt full screen. It has 2cm black corner on every side.

Go into your AMD Catalyst Control Center (should have installed with your driver package) and find the overscan slider and adjust it until it fixes the issue.
