r7-260x video card only display up to 24.75 inches

I picked up a sapphire radeon r7-260x video card for new built. Plus a new asus mx279 monitor 27in. the video card only goes to 24.75 in display out of 27 in. Do I need a new video card?

Set scaling options for digital flat panel in CCC to full screen.

Thanks for your help. I can scale it up to 26.75 in out of 27in of the display.I have a 2in bigger display now. I am only a 1/4 in to short.

Check overscan settings as well, not sure where they are.
