R7 360 power consumption

I want to buy R7 360 GPU, what is power consumption of it ?

according to site: http://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5630#sp

they had mentioned 500 W PSU, can it run under 300 W at full load with this spec:

CPU: i3 6100
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
[strike]monitor: 1920x1080 ( LG 24 ) [/strike]

I'm not from electric background so not sure, roughly calculated :

GPU: 100 W
CPU: 51 W
Others ( SSD + HDD + DVD+RW + Extra Fan + etc ) : 100 W max

= 251 W
= ( lets add more 50 W just in case ) = 301 W

will this calculation work ?

I'm not too sure either, but all the sources I have looked upon suggests at least 420W. I would imagine 400 be the lowest that is safe. The GPU can sometimes have voltage spikes and pull more power than it does, and remember that power supplies don't have 100% efficiency. OP, what is your power supply?
