R7 370 Memory clock speed...

Hi,
I recently bought an R7 370 card , i tested some games like COD: Ghost, Mad Max, Far Cry 4, Witcher 2 all at possible max settings except 1 or 2 things are off and all of them works fine.
i found out that at idle the gpu speed is at 150mhz but under load when playing game it jumps bewteen 1400mhz and 150mhz, is there any problem with the card or is it normal ?

Depends on what's going on in-game. Sometimes in Battlefield 4 I'll have one of my cards dip down to the idle core (300mhz) speed, but it doesn't visibly affect anything.

Is this affecting your gameplay at all or is everything running normally? If so then I wouldn't worry about it at all. If you're having issues with gameplay, then look into disabling ULPS.

have played the games for few hours and the gameplay is fine , no problems. what is ULPS ?
btw i have a 400w cooler master elite psu if that will effect the card ?
