hello
my system is:
Procesor AMD Vision A10-6800K 4.1GHz
PSU: Inter-Tech SinanPower 530W
videocard: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 1024MB DDR5 Dual-X
mainboard: Asrock FM2A75 PRO4, FM2, SATA 3 x5, USB 3.0 x8, ATX
Ram: Corsair DDR3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1866MHz CL9 Vengeance Pro
SSD Toshiba Q Series 128GB SATA-III 2.5 inch
HDD WD 1TB SATA-III 7200 rpm 64MB Caviar Blue
HDD Toshiba 1TB, 7200rpm, 32MB, SATA 3
optical unit :LG DVD-RAM GH22NS70
2x140 mm fans on case- powered from psu
1x90 mm fan on case- powered from psu

I just bought an R7 370 4Gb video card and after installing ( i removed the old HD 7850 videocard, added the new one ,updated the drivers) it the system runs just fine but after some time when playing games the pc restarts - pretty much i get a screen with horizontal black and grey lines. When i switch the videocard to the old one the problem is fixed.
Since my power supply is 2 years old ( like the rest of the system)- i thought that the issue might be caused by the fact that the power supply no longer works as it should be when is under heavy load.
I am not sure if the issue is caused by the power supply or i just got a faulty videocard.
I consider anyway to get a new power supply - something like Corsair CX600M, 600W
The system was used around 10-12 Hr/day most of the time of the usage was for gaming or work (3d editing and stuff like that)

So is it the psu fault or i should just consider to send back the videocard to be replaced?

Solution
You realise that the only difference between your old and new GPUs is 4GB VRAM, which doesn't really make a difference, core clock, which can easily be matched, and possibly the cooler? This makes me think it's not a power issue, although your PSU is pretty sketchy. I'd say RMA your 370 and just use your 7850, or buy an R9 380.
