R7 370 with a psu no 6pin connector

Hey,

2 months ago.. i upgraded my system gpu from hd 5570 2gb .. to a 750 ti
But i have found that 750 ti struggles a bit with 1080p gaming.. so i am gonna trade it with a r7 370 from a friend who use it for 900p gaming..however i've found that the r7 370 needs a 6 pin connector.. which my psu doesn't have one.. can i use a 2 molex adapter to a 6 pin adapter to power it ?

My system

I3 2100
8gb ram
750ti and will be getting r7 370
400 watts psu ..

And this post ofc bec i can't afford to get a new psu

Not a good idea to run cards with adapters.

I have just made sure that my psu is 400 watts and i have edited the post

If it doesn't have a 6 pin it's not a good PSU.

Adapters are not the answer, if it doesn't have the connectors its not made to properly power the GPU.

Sorry, time to buy a new PSU

but if it does not have a 6 pins for gpu you need another avoid having issue with system .

But why did they create such an adapter if it is not preferable to be used ?

check this your psu is even lower then minimal power requirements http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm and this gpu use dual slots .
