Question R7 3700x vs 3600 streaming

I am currently deciding between my next upgrade, I am looking to build a new PC for part time streaming on games like rainbow six siege, CS:GO, and PUBG. The combos I'm looking at would be a Ryzen 5 3600 with an RTX 2080S or a Ryzen 7 3700x with a 1080ti /2070S. I just want to know my framerates you guys would thing I would be getting overall when streaming and when not streaming. Games will be played at 1080p on a 240hz monitor.

I'd go with teh 3700X if gaming at 1080p. You won't get full utilization out of the 2080S at 1080p, and maybe not even the 2070S depending on the game. I have a R7 3700X + 1080 Ti and games like BFV don't run at full GPU utilization most of the time at 1080p. They say the i9-9900K will run it at full utilization at 1080p.
