r7263 gpu in game performance slow help

i am playing homefront on very high settings.So everything is maxed out so there should not been any problems running the game on the settings.but what i see is as i run the shadows on buildings and sometimes objects disappear and reappear as i move closer,don`t know why it doing it so my question is, is aa and all that stuff really necessarily.My cpu is intel g3258 and it runs at 4.3ghz and the gpu runs at stock.any ideas what is happening?Also i can maybe push the cpu to 4.5ghz at 1.3v.would that help?or must i overclock gpu?

Pentium might be a faster clock but less stable frame compared to Core series.. problaly ...
