R7750 weird purple and pink artifact.

So, if I don't move my mouse or touch my keyboard for a while, my screen goes to sleep, when I move the mouse a little it wakes up, the problem is when I wake it up I see weird purple artifects all over the screen, I opened my case and the gpu fan is spinning at 0 RPM. Like it's frozen. The only way to get it back to normal is to drag a window around to clear out the weird purple stuff. And to get the fan spinning again I have to enable manual fan control in AMD CCC, and disable it.
I am not using beta driver and this doesn't happen with my old card R5450.(yea, I know shitty card)

Hmmm, weird, download evga precision and create a custom fan profile, might fix it.

As for the graphics glitches, I use to get that on my old 9800gt when I would alt+tab out of counter strike and then come back in. Rejoining the match always solved it.
