R9 270 2gb + X4 860K Fps problem

I have R9 270 2gb, X4 860K 3.7 GHz, 8 gb ram 2x4, when i play far cry 3 on low settings i get 55 to 60 fps on LOW, sometimes when a lot is happening i get from 25 to 37 fps, Can someone HELP ?

CPU usage is on nearly 100% at all time while gaming but GPU usage is spiking at around 50 % to 60%
mobo = A88X GAMER ASUS
PSU = CX 500

If cpu usage is at 50 - 60% then overclocking will not help a great deal .

The OP mentions frame rates but not the resolution of his monitor .


OP what screen are you using?
What operating system are you using? Is it 32 bit , or 64 bit?
Have you checked in task manager to see what else is running at the same time and how much RAM it is using ?

The CPU cooler is from Cooler Master Hyper 103, i have 8 GB RAM, i dont know what you mean but this cpu has 3.7 GHz.

My screen resolution is 1920x1080 60 hertz, it is windows 64bit, i am always turning off everything useless before playing games.

OC *( overclock ) is increasing CPU clock you CPU on auto adjust you probably get 4.2Ghz on manual can handle with your cooler around 4.3Ghz with1.325V - 1.35V with higher voltages up to 4.5Ghz but this depends to luck 😉
