r9 270 gigabyte or MSI

i cant make a decision here on one hand the MSI one has the better cooling from what ive researched but gigabyte is giving battlefield 4 away for free with the purchase of the card but i dont know weither i should choose to get the free BF4 or sacrifice the cooling cause i want to get it wither way. please help is the cooling that much better?

No there's more value in a free game the a slightly better cooler

But what about the overclocking, from some of the benchmarks ive seen the MSI card runs a little under if not better than the r9 270x

A few fps isn't noticeable and you can still manually over clock the gigabyte card
