i'm upgrading from 560 Ti and i compared the GPUs and found out that R9 270 is better but i'm into nvidia's stuff coz they make great drivers and the GTX tech and Geforce Experience
so i would like to know .. will there be any difference in textures or graphics and what about tessellation .. is it only for Nvidia ?

and don't advise me to buy r9 270x or 660 ti .. my country's prices is f***ed up -_-

Please avoid using GPU Boss. Notoriously inaccurate site. Instead use real world benchmarks of trusted sites like Toms or Anandtech or even Techpowerup.

Anyway. The R9 270 is a the better card by about 5%.
Any features that you think are better on NVidia side should not matter unless the cards are of similar performance, none of the possible feature are worth those extra frames per second.
Also consider that AMDs driver team has improved GREATLY over the past 2 years, so much that I do not agree with the fact that Nvidia drivers are superior anymore, they used to be though.

Tesselation and textures are interchangeable with AMD and Nvidia, will make no difference to you.

They are both very close. you will not notice much difference as far as in game performance.

Seeing as you know about the NVIDIA features there is no need to list them. I would say go for the GTX 660, IMO NVIDIA is a better product (As a previous AMD 7970 owner, my opinion I am not trying to start an argument).

Now you need to decide if those fluffy features of Nvidia is worth 5% performance, which is not much, to be fair. :)
