R9 270 vs R7 370

Hey guys, I'm planning on building a low budget gaming pc at 1280x1024 or 720p and I can't seem to pick between these two gpus:

These are the best benchmarks I could find:

and they're still pretty close, sometimes the 270 comes on top, other times it's the 370. What do you guys think?

What is the price difference? If there none, get r7 370.
r7 370 is slightly OC rebranded r9 270, so it should be better.

At my local retailer the 370 is about 4$ more expensive, that's neglectable enough even on my tight budget
