R9 270X 96C under load. Do I have to repaste?

Hello. I've been having some problem with my graphics card. I just got Witcher 3 and when I'm playing it I got some frame drops. Curious, I did some investigating and found out that my graphics card is running at 96 degrees C. Is it a normal temperature for a R9 270X? If not, is it something that can be solved by a repaste?

The temp is high.
Do you use the software to control the GPU's fan speed? how about your case ventilation, is it good? Also make sure the fan does work too. You may try to replace the thermal compound on that gpu.
