R9 270x and HD7850 crossfire

So I Just bought an Gigabyte R9 270x Windforce OC 2GB, and my old XFX HD7850 Core Edition 1GB. What would ben better crossfire those two or only run the R9 270x?
Oh and my current motherboard only has one PCI-E slot so I would have to upgrade my motherboard.

not worth it to buy another motherboard to xfire with a gpu that will slow down your faster one.

now if you get another 270x then it is a different story.
