R9 270X Audio through TV HDMI?

Hi Guys, I am getting a Power color Turbo Duo R9 270X for my first build. I do not have the cash for speakers or a monitor and I was wondering whether the GPU has the ability to route audio through the HDMI and play sound of my TV.
I have an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Mobo and AMD FX 6300 CPU, if this affects it in any way. Thanks Guys

HDMI does not play audio, you have to buy a aux cable 😀

Joselo025 you are in fact incorrect. HDMI cables are audio and video cables. I asked if my GPU has the ability to route audio through HDMI. It does in fact do just that. Any GPU that is newer than a Radeon 3000 series or Nvidia 9000 series has this ability

Yes, you will have both audio and video through the HDMI for the PowerColor Turbo Duo R9 270X http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GYTHKQ8. Nvidia and AMD graphic card drivers always include audio drivers for HDMI audio output.

HDMI does in fact support audio, and 1080p @ 60hz.
