R9 270X, bandwidth

I have a Asus A88XM-PLUS, it has 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 mode) 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode)
In crossfire, will there be any GPU bottlenecks

there wouldn't be, a pcie 2.0 x4 slot is equivalent to a pcie 1.0 x8 slot. you're good to go.
