I ordered Core i5 3450 (OEM) and R9 270x for my Gaming Hackintosh. Will Core i5 3450 bottleneck R9 270x? And how Core i5 3450 is for streaming 720p@30fps on Twitch?

Solution
depends , there is not only 720p @ 30 fps but also bitrate and stuff, streaming program is also important factor.
the most important is internet upload speed. I think you need atleast 1.5 mbit/sec.
the i5 should be able to stream at 720p @ 30 fps,as long as you don't play cpu intensive games.
also I recommend 8 gb of ram.
4-6 gb will do the job, but I assume this is for gaming and you don't want lag.

Yep! Works great, but not to it's full potential in OpenGL apps. AMD still need to update their drivers tho.
Also you want to instal Chimera on EFI partition.

P.S. R9 270x is just rebranded 7870 which is fully working in OS X (but has different Device ID which gives some problems, however with drivers I saw on the web, people don't have a lot of problems except using two displays, but there is a workaround).

one more question: can I mix two different RAM modules (I don't really need dual channel stuff) from differrent manufacturers?

Yeah. Its not usually recommended, but as long as the speed/voltage/timings are all the same it tends to work fine in my experience.
