I'm considering buying another R9 270X Dual-X gfx card for my pc to handle more next gen game.. The question is, is there any major difference on game graphics quality with Crossfire or just a slight different?
Will it worth my money?

Solution

In general it should get 60fps since that is basically a r9 290 with both cards.

However this will really depend on your CPU, if you have a budget cpu like a Athlon x4 760K or a FX 4350 then your never going to get 60fps.

EDIT: Never mind, didn't see you posted your specs. It will be fine then since a i7 is plent of performance, and you should get at least 60fps.

How well it will perform on Watch Dogs and Titanfall at Max quality?
I'm using:-
i7-4770k
16GB 1866Mhz Avexir Blitz
Z87-G43 MSI Motherboard
750M Cooler Master PSU
