RAM: 8gb
CPU: i5 2500k
MOBO: gigabyte ga-h61m-s2pv
PSU: corsair vs650 W (both 2x 6 pcie in)

I spent 7 full hours and still counting doing everything i though could solve it, still an issue.
Fans spin normally at startup, the pcie connectors have green lights above them, i only once left them connected to the pcie but not the mobo when i was troubleshooting everything, and once to the mobo but only one pciexpress.

THIS CARD WAS WORKED IN MY ANOTHER COMPUTER.

Is it really possible that its not compatible with my mobo? if so, can i just update bios, and how?

Solution
Does the card still work in another computer? Can't hurt to double check... Also, can you get this board to work with integrated graphics when the card is out?
What im saying is, i once accidentally forgot to unplug the power and pulled the graphics card out, BUT the computer was shut down, only the power cord was in, can this kill it? (tbh, my memory is a bit hazy but i dont even think it was connected to pcie x16 motherboard slot, just the pcie psu connectors, which i then disconnected after turning the machine off. and once it was in motherboard but not connected to pci connectors, which shoudlnt do anything as it simply wasnt powered

Everyone will tell you, and it is a common knowledge, that one should not unplug a card (even while the computer is shut down, because your mobo is getting power all the time actually) if the power is connected and power switch on the PSU is on 1, but this happens very rarely in practice. You are most likely fine, just clear the BIOS.

I removed the battery while it was shut down and unplugged and put it back in, restarted, still same "no signal" message
