So, I reset my Windows and installed a completely fresh Windows 10 on my computer. Now, Windows isn't recognizing my graphics card (AMD R9 270x). Whenever I try to download the drivers for it, it crashes my Windows and makes me reset my computer.
Any ideas? Thanks!

What's your entire PC specs? List cpu, motherboard, ram, drives and psu make and models please.

When you say reset / fresh install, which one is it? Because theyre both different terms. Reset doesn't require installing Windows from scratch, ie booting off a usb/dvd and doing a full wipe and reinstall.

If you did reinstall Windows, did you check for motherboard drivers if available from the motherboard manufacturers website? If there are, install chipset driver first then try install GPU drivers afterwards. Get your GPU driver from amd.com.

Thank you for your help!
I've tried both resets/fresh installs.

My specs are:
Graphics Card: AMD R9 270X
Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte B75M-D3H
My BIOS also matches the latest version on the manufacturer's website.

I've tried all 3 of the methods you gave, and they didn't work.
