R9 270x Not giving any signal

I have had some issues with my GPU lately I actually changed my motherboard cause of it, cause the other motherboard PCIe port was dead, well anyway now that I have my new board a MSI A78M-e35 I plugged the GPU in and It worked fine for like one hour or so while I was installing the drivers, after installing them I restarted and now it doesn't gives the monitor any signal just a black screen and the PC does start up also the fans on the GPU start up any idea of what could be the problem? I really need help 🙁

1) make sure you plug in the2x6-pin power cables to the r9 270x.
2) If you have the APU, you may try go into the BIOS to disable the AMD iGPU.
