R9 270X (OC+MANTLE) vs GTX 760

Ok the title really says it all, but here's the detailed question:

1. Will the R9 270X play at the same level as the GTX 760 if I OC it and update it with Mantle? Basically, the £50 i save on the GPU will then go towards a Kingston 120GB SSD. Is it worth shelling out the extra money? Is there a VISIBLE difference? Thanks everyone

760 is about 8% faster. If the 270x is that cheap, go for it. 270x is a great card that will enable you to play on 1080p at high-ultra settings combination at 30+ fps.

You will be able to play on high- ultra settings combination with R9 270x. It is considered as a entry high end card. And yes, mantle will be available only on games that support it. Eg- Battlefield 4, thief, etc.
