hello,
I'm confused which card is better.
I found that 760 is 7-8% faster than r9 270x but what about in mantle support can r9 270x beat 760 in mantle supported games?
here I found both the cards prices almost same.
the only feeling that I have not going to 760 is because of its reference design and at last ,
will it be good to pair the any of the above mentioned cards with fx 6300 with 8gb of ram. need help in suggestions.
thanks.

They're close enough that I would go with the 270 Toxic just because it's from Sapphire. They generally use more reliable components and quieter cooling than Zotac.
If you buy from a company besides Zotac, then I would recommend the 760 for a bit higher performance and PhysX support.

Mantle doesn't really make a big difference right now in the mid-high end of video cards. It apparently helps more with weak components than with strong ones.

I don't generally recommend an FX-6300 for new builds. The AM3+ socket is gone and AM3+ CPUs all take way too much heat and power, it's pretty much either FM2+ or Intel now. AMD FM2+ for low cost, or Intel for high performance.

The Athlon X4 760K will perform about the same as the FX-6300 in games...

The Athlon X4 760K will perform about the same as the FX-6300 in games that use 4 or less cores, while generating less heat, taking less power, costing less money, and using a better socket. The FX-6300 is only a good choice if you plan to play mostly games that are optimized for 6+ cores (where it does take a lead), and by the time those are common outside of benchmarks AM3+ will be totally dead.

On Intel's side, the i5-4570 or Xeon CPUs are a relatively good value that'll outstrip AMD CPUs in performance and TDP, albeit for a higher cost. The Haswell refresh will also be introducing DDR4.

So yeah. As it stands, it's Intel for high end rigs or AMD FM2+ for budget builds.
AM3+ had its time, but that time has passed and the architecture is changing for greater efficiency.
