R9 270x upgrade

So, I have a 270x and I want to upgrade it.

Should I buy a 290x, gtx 980 or another 270x and crossfire them?

get a gtx 980 as it will outperform the other cards you mentioned in all games ..

Get GTX 970 , it will give you the same result like R9 270X Crossfire , but only one card and 4GB VRAM , for only $349 like MSI .

well if it is the same performance of a 270x cf, i would with the cf because it would be cheaper, but I've made my choise alrady

I'm in the same situation and I have decided to go with the asus strix gtx 970.
