R9 280 Artifact while playing, blackscreen

I was playing theCrew and it artifacts, first with blue verticaly striped and then i was worse and worse, i barely shut pc of in time when i see something through that artifacts. Then i waited 10minutes ( i thought its overheated) but its showing no image on screen and display is only switching on and off with only light (no image) Have no idea wheres problem, any answer is welcomed.

I can´t boot to windows and yes, in crimson drivers i overclocked gpu clock to max. But i cant restore stock settings couse i cant see anything on screen just flashing light

Disconnect GPU and connect monitor to motherboard.
Is it still flashing?

Is it still flashing?

Haven´t video output on motherboard but my friend´s gt 240 show image and its working properly.
should i broke the graphic card by overcloking it so much ?

Try the GPU in another system if possible. 20 mins at 85C shouldn't really fry a GPU, but who knows.
