So, should I get a 860k paired with a R9 280 (I would choose this because I think it's more future proof than the 960) or should I get a I3-4170 with a R9 270x (I can't get a 950 because the shop don't have it yet, and they won't have it, only the Strix version that is way top expensive)
I want to see what would be better for the future
I want to make videos and streams, but again, a CPU change is better than a CPU+GPU upgrade later
I usually play WoT buy I want to get games like Crysis 3, GTA V, Hardline, NFS No Limits and so on
I need to know what would be better
I am planning to Oc the 860k
Also, I know the G3258 is better now, but it stutters and I want something more future-proof
I think that I'll make a CPU upgrade in 2 years, changing the mobo also

Solution
Definitely the 860k with the R9 380. That thing can overclock very well (provided you have a good motherboard), and its performance is more than good enough for games. The superior GPU will make up for it.
Get the i3. The CPU will last longer before requiring an upgrade and there's not enough of a difference between the R9 280 and the 270X to justify such a large drop in CPU

just to throw another suggestion out there, can you afford an FX6300 + 970 Mobo + R9 280? That would be a great solution if you overclock
